DAMAGED / BROKEN ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that a product arrives that is not as described and expected, we will send replacements for missing or damaged products within 48 hours of the receipt of the package. In this regard, the customer must provide proof through the form of photos of the issue or the problem including the packing slip.
We shall inspect the proof of the problem and after deeming that it has been out of your control, that would be the time when we’ll send an exchangeforthe item. No refund will be issued only exchange.
